In the cartoon, when he puts on the magic silk hat, he dances around and says:

"Happy New Year!!!!"

I would like to say the same to all of you.

On New Year's Eve, my hubby, daughter and I went out to dinner and saw a movie. We then went home to watch another movie have snacks, doze off, and wake up just in time to ring in the new year. After groggily hugging each other, a new year's kiss and the required "HAPPY NEW YEAR!", we hauled ourselves off to bed and passed out again. We were so tired! Are we getting old? I'm afraid to admit it, but yes! I think the hustle and bustle of the holidays has finally caught up with all of us.
